Workout Your Mind and Body
Pure Barre is all about small movements that equal big changes. It’s a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most (hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms) and are top-of-mind, especially during the summer!

Why We Love Pure Barre
When you experience a Pure Barre class, you’ll witness a diverse group of people striving to get healthier and stronger — most clients see changes within 10 classes. Simply put, Pure Barre is one of the fastest and most effective yet safest ways to change your body.

Shaking, Spikes and Crushes
One of the unique things about Pure Barre is the technique to work your muscles toward the point of fatigue. The goal is to have the muscle group you are targeting to shake every time. After the shake, you stretch, to elongate the muscles while they are warm and malleable. This leads to long, lean muscles!

Caroline York, owner of Pure Barre SouthPark, wants you to make sure you’re shaking for the right reasons. She recommends always eating breakfast to keep your blood sugar on track, while avoiding the morning coffee creamer or sugary processed juices.

Caroline also recommends including a scoop of collagen protein during the day. She says collagen is great for the skin, joints, and overall health. And, it helps heal your gut and boost your metabolism.
